Put this up so no one has to search for a manual (just keep mine in my desk cubby hole) - no idea about the last phone number or where it is but it was listed:
USA/Canada: 1-800-803-9611
UK: 01628 500303
Australia: 1300 135 312
Diimport & Diedarkan Oleh: 03-78803817
If anyone is in East Asia there is no phone number but an address: Mattel East Asia Ltd., Room 1106, South Tower, World Finance Centre, Harbour City, Tsimshatsui, HK, China
Hope this helps......

Yes, but for people in the US (i don't know about the other places) you aperantly MUST be over 18 to call in. i called in once and the man asked for my age, i said 13 (at the time i was) and he said you must have parent permition to call im sorry *click*. At the time i was very confused, so i called again, this time having a woman tel me that i now had to be 18 or older. ok so i called a third time and faked an older voice, because my mom was at work. when she came home i told her and she thought it was uterly retarted. i did to for that fact. So kids have your parents there when you cal just in case they pull a "18 years or older thing". =) P.S. the faking the voice thing worked

If I were to call by myself I would probably laugh while imitating an adult voice
