I have a problem with 5 new funkeys I have bought - I get the error message - " an error has occurred while our funkey technicians were bringing the new potal on line ! please remove and re-attach the funkey from the UB hub. if this does not work call 1800 803 9611 so that we can complete repair on the portal"
so, i remove and re-attached but that does not work. i don't want to ring the 1800 number as that is probably in the states and i am in the UK....
Any suggestions please?

If I mind asking but which funkeys are they. As they could be possibly not be working in the update you have? Do you have the Paradox Green update?

I recently bought funkeys for my daughter for xmas, she then purchased 3 more with xmas money, but these keep coming up with' error has occurred while our funkey technicians were bringing the new portal on line'. We can not get onto the wes site and the phone number is the wrong one...... please can some one help me as i have one unhappy little girl! Many Thanks
