On two my UB Funkeys logins the password is not working.
ERROR: "incorrect password" window and a X to close (The correct password has been entered).
I have even tried with the wrong password and at this time the password hint window is activated. = On verifying question the system displays the same password which was entered on the first attempt.
Is there anyway to correct this glitch and save the the data/progress to date. ANY HELP would be appreciated.

I haven't heard of this one before, and I wish I could help. Perhaps someone else out there would know.
Meanwhile, you might want to call Mattel/Radica Customer Support. I'm not sure what time zone you are in, but I believe they are open on Saturdays for a while. If you don't have the number, I can look it up, just let me know which country you're in.
Please let us know how this turns out.

I have the same problem i can't get in to my games!!!!!!!!!!! i'll try calling mattrell/radica and i'll post on it when i figure out how this happend. -LULI

Here's the number for Customer Support in the U.S.
Radica/Mattel Customer Relations: 1-800-803-9611. Their hours are 9:00 am - 7:00 pm Eastern time Monday - Friday, and 11:00 am- 5:00 pm on Saturday.

UGGGGGGGGG!!!!!! i called them and there like hi how old r u? i said 14 and there like well we need 2 speak 2 an adult!!!!! uggggggggg.... i'll just call again... tell them i'm 18...(sigh)

Funny thing is, sometimes the kids in the house who play the game will know more than their parents about computers in general, and if the help line would give you instructions, you could probably fix it immediately!
That's frustrating. Not sure why you would need to be 18 for them to help you. Hmmm.

jeezz, these people r assking me every question under the sun how old r u ur adrress ect.ect, and it turs out they can't do any thing!!!!!! i think they should just like send me a free copy of a finised game cuz the one that froze up is the only one i finished!!!!1 ugggggggggg

Now that you mention it, I saw over on the Speakeasy forum that there were others having trouble too, and someone said the helpline was no help.
Did you make a back up copy of the gamefile? Even if you just copy that one folder over somewhere else while you are trying different things. There may be a way to get back in later once they figure it out.
For those this happened to ~ Did it happen after you tried to create a unique funkey name?
If so, I would suggest everyone hold off on that for now. Since the chat Funkeys aren't out yet anyway, it can wait. The only drawback is you might miss out on getting the name you want if someone else already takes it. BUT that might be better than taking the risk of getting locked out of your login.

Did you create a new chat name and password if so try that as it made me use a different password as my old one was not a word used in terripinia lol now my new details for log in are the chat ones i created to get in early

Here you go, this might fix it..... this link will take you to the UBFunkeys.com main forum where someone fixed the same problem. (that is, if it happened because you changed the name during the update) First, please note how they said to change the original file folder name before you start. my mom (I'm 31 by the way, hee hee) plays funkeys. She had to change her password. It was yesterday, because that has the word (hee hee) terd in it, it won't except. Then she tried to use password as password, it has a little three letter word in it the game did not much appreciate. Maybe this info is helpful, maybe not, just throwing it out there.

That's funny, Mellafunk! They wouldn't let us use some words like "butterfly" because of the "butt" I suppose. So funny that it's that sensitive!
Here's a warning to those who haven't set up their unique funkey name....don't do it until after the fix, which should be an update this sat., July 12
