What exactly is happening? Are you getting a message? There are some problems & solutions listed at the bottom of the this forum under "technical help", do any of those sound like the problem you're having?

When Mattel tells anyone to reinstall the software, one thing they don't tell you (and I wish they would) is that there is a way to possibly restore your data. I'll try to get back to this later & post a link to my blog where I wrote about backing up files, then Revvinon has helpful information on how to move over your saved data (profile.rdf & users.rdf) after the reinstall. I have a link to the ubfunkeys.com forum where Revvinon has great step-by-step instructions www.ubfunkeys.com/forums/Default.aspx?g=posts&t=3921 The link might be a different topic than your particular problem, but the solution should still work. [If I am incorrect about this, please someone jump in and correct me! ]
