Below is an email I copied over that was sent to me by a Vista user, Eric L. I have Vista, but my files were in same place as everyone else's and I did test it out for one username & it worked...........
BUT this is definitely worth checking to see if your game files are in this other location:
I just wanted to let you know that I have discovered that the data files are stored in a different place in Windows Vista. Last week I tried the backup process as perscribed on many of the Funkey forums and lost all of my data. It turns out that in Vista, the program still has the data files in the main game directory but does not use them. It keeps the real set of files here: C:\Users\WINDOWS USER NAME\AppData\Local\VirtualStore\Program Files\U.B. Funkeys For anyone with Vista who wants to back up their files, this information is critical because without backing up the data from this folder, everything will be lost in an uninstall/reinstall attampt.

This might help, Eric L. sent another email when I said I couldn't find it........
just noticed that AppData is a hidden folder. You need to go to control panel, set it to classic view, go to folder options, go to the view tab, and chose the option to view hidden files and folders.

Jenetren managed to find our missing files using the above method. Many many thanks. After 32 mins on phone to Mattel who said it had to do with running as administrator we were relieved to find an answer to the problem. Perhaps Mattel should be told how to find the missing files as well!!

Yeah, don't get me started on the Mattel support! I try to be diplomatic, but I've been ready to "go off" on them several times here & on my blog.
Thanks, grannyanne, for the feedback. Sounds like it's time for me to write a blog post on it so that will help many others as well!
