I recently met the Traveler and got the Funkey Trunk, but when I klick it and then klick the "open trunk" icon, it says that I need to be logged in and have an internet connection or something like that. I have checked many many time, and I _do_ have a working internet connection, and I am obviosly logged into the game, so I have no idea what this means. Please help.

It might be a network problem on Mattel's end of it. I haven't even been able to get the new update yet because I have gotten the message that "Master Lox has infiltrated the network....." which means the server is down. So that might be what is going on. If your Chat Function isn't working and the Funkey head in the left upper corner isn't highlighted, that's a sign that there is no connection to the UB Funkey network.

The funkey head is highligted but I don't understand what you mean with the chat funktion. The exact message is "You need a webregistration and internet connection" I searched on the ub funkey site but I found nowhere to registred..

It sounds like you should call the Mattel helpline that one! Do you need the phone number? It's in the back of the little instruction manual that came with the starter kit, but if you don't have it, I'll get it for you. If you are in the US, I listed the number on a recent blog post if you want to check it out.

I have tried calling them, but unfortenatly since I live in Sweden, they are never open when I can call, and it is very expensive to call.

Wow! Sweden! That does sound like an expensive call. Are Funkeys popular there?
So, it's still not working for you? Here's one more thing you might try - since my last reply here, I learned that the registration message means you need a Unique Funkey Name. Do you already have one? If it's not that, I tend to think it must be the server problems still.
