It sounds like your problem is slightly different from mine, but I'll copy over what I wrote on my blog about how I fixed a flash player problem just in case some of it might help:
To fix the Flash player 10 problem, I had to uninstall my current adobe flash player (version 9) from the adobe.com website, then install version 10 from the website. Then I did the UB Funkey download again and it worked. The mattel customer service person walked me through all the steps. I believe I had to restart my computer a couple times during the process. Good luck, I hope you get it working soon.

HI - I am so glad to see you activity is recent - I was starting to freak out that the funkeys world might be gone before we got started. We are in Australia and just got a couple of speedracer funkeys - we have a few other basics and they all work fine but I can't get the portals for the speedracers to fully download - I know you are not a technician for help but I was wondering if you or someone on this site mgiht know either how to fix or an email for america - I can't ring there due to phone restrictions and timing. we love the funkeys and want to see waht the speedracer world has to offer and with all the 'forums now closed' and other similar messages from the funkeys website I was thinking we might not find any help anywhere? I would love to hear from you?

Hi Venessa, Here's a number for the Mattel support in Australia: 1300 135 312
If the number isn't good anymore and you're still having the problem, please let me know & I'll post your question on the blog to reach more people to see if anyone else knows how to help.
